Delete your account

How to erase your AppSalesPro account and what happens to your data.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open AppSalesPro and go to Me.
  2. Tap Help & support, then Delete account.
  3. Read the summary, type DELETE and confirm.

What happens

  • Your name, mobile number and email are erased, and you can no longer sign in.
  • Your recorded location history is deleted.
  • Your open leads, customers and tasks are handed to your manager or a company owner.
  • Records your company needs to keep, such as orders and receipts, stay with the company and show "Deleted user".
  • If you are the only owner of a company, make someone else an owner first, or contact us to close the company and all its data.

Cannot open the app?

Contact us from the number you used to sign in, and we will delete your account within 7 days:

  • Hours: Mon to Sat, 10:00 to 18:00 IST
